Terms of Service

Bookings

Bookings are billed hourly with a one-hour minimum. Overtime is billed in 30-minute increments.

Setups and breakdowns must be included within your reserved time. Early arrivals may not be accommodated if the space is occupied.

All fees are in CAD. We accept major cards and bank transfers. Taxes are charged per province.

Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated. Late payments may incur a 2% monthly charge.

Cancel 24h+ before the reservation to avoid fees. Same-day cancellations may incur up to 100% of the booking value.

Rescheduling within 24h is subject to availability and may be treated as a cancellation.

Smoke machines, open flames, confetti, and hazardous materials require written approval.

We provide facilities “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

You are responsible for your crew, guests, vendors, and any property brought into the studio.
