What is included in the hourly rate?

Studio room, lighting grid, and basic support. Add-ons like teleprompter operators and control room are available.

How do I book or hold a studio?

Use the catalog to add hours to your cart and confirm via the checkout modal, or contact us for help.

Do you support live broadcast uplinks?

Yes. All studios have tested fiber with redundancy for low-latency live shots.

Can I bring my own crew?

Yes. We also offer skilled operators familiar with our signal flow.

Do you provide a teleprompter and operator?

Teleprompters are available as an add-on with experienced operators who can load scripts and make real-time edits.

What is your cancellation policy?

Bookings canceled 48 hours before the start time receive a full refund. Within 48 hours, a 50% fee applies; same-day cancellations are billed in full.

Is there parking and accessibility?

Yes—on-site parking is available and our facility is fully accessible with elevators and step-free entrances.

Do you offer audio services?

We stock broadcast lavs, boom mics, IFB, and comms. Mix-minus and clean feeds are available from the control room.

Do you have a green screen or cyc?

Yes. A pre-lit chroma key cyc and a white cyc wall are available. Custom paints can be quoted.

What are your hours and overtime rules?

Standard hours are 7:00–22:00. Overtime applies outside those hours or beyond your booking window, billed in 30-minute increments.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, ACH/Interac e-Transfer, and wire payments. Net terms are available for approved accounts.

Can I get an invoice or receipt?

Yes. Invoices and paid receipts are emailed automatically after checkout and are downloadable from your account.
